Pharmaceutical Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive pharmaceutical strategies for priority health areas such as Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Antibiotic Stewardship (ABR), Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Malaria, and Tuberculosis (TB). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall public health goals. Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and technical support on pharmaceutical issues related to infectious diseases, ensuring evidence-based interventions and best practices are utilized. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of pharmacy and global health.

Program Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of pharmaceutical interventions and projects, working closely with field teams, government agencies, and local stakeholders. Provide guidance on the procurement, distribution, and management of pharmaceutical products and services.

Capacity Building and Training: Develop training materials and conduct capacity-building sessions to strengthen the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other stakeholders involved in pharmaceutical management. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and countries.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems to assess
the impact and effectiveness of pharmaceutical interventions. Utilize data and evidence to
drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
